At this beautiful restaurant of the Hilton Hotel The Hague, chef Luis Rojas takes you on his journey into the culinary world of Peru and Japan. This is also known as "Nikkei cuisine". Nikkei is not just Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine, but a distinct cultural cuisine developed and perfected over generations. Nice atmosphere with very nice staff. The food was excellent including the wine paring, however small portions (a little bread or extra would complement the experience)
We hadden een 4 gangen tasting menu.
Alles erg smakelijk al viel de eerste gang, één (1) oester pp wat karig uit.
Het tempo waarin de gangen elkaar opvolgen is ook wat langzaam.

De cevice was erg lekker. De rest van het eten was veelal te zout of had weinig smaak. De meeste gerechtjes van het dessert waren veel te zoet of sommigen hadden te weinig suiker. De bediening was erg vriendelijk, maar het uitserveren van het eten duurde veel te lang. Na 45 minuten kregen wij pas de eerste gang. De sfeer en opmaak van het restaurant waren goed. Uiteindelijk gaat het wat mij betreft om de smaak van het eten en die was niet goed genoeg. Het is een duur restaurant, je mag verwachten dat de smaak goed of zelfs uitstekend is. Vanwege de gemiddelde smaak: een gemiddelde score.
