Description
Nino Willems is a young enthusiastic chef with a wealth of experience in top restaurants. He worked at Beluga (**) in Maastricht, then went to De Kromme Watergang (**) in Breskens, which after a few years he exchanged for De Librije (***) in Zwolle. After seven fantastic learning years, it is time for the next career move: his own business.
This he does together with Aysen Bilal, who worked as a hostess at De Librije and Poppe.

Van een voor ons simpel visje, maken hun een waar kunstwerk, een genot om te zien maar ook om te proeven.
Mooi opgemaakte en lekkere gerechten
we hebben een fantastische avond gehad . Een relaxte sfeer en een vriendelijke bediening. Het eten was fantastisch bij elk gerecht werden je smaak pappilen gestreeld . We kome zeker nog een keer terug. we hebben helaas geen foto's van de gerechtjes gemaakt maar het waren plaatjes
