Description
Justin Koopman, a talented chef who has earned his stripes at renowned restaurants such as FG**, Parkheuvel**, and 't Ganzenest*, works from a French foundation, enriched with his own Mediterranean influences. His dishes are characterized by the use of top-quality ingredients, herbs, and spices. His vision is to give classic elements, such as the grand dessert, a contemporary and refined twist. “I’m proud that we get to start our own restaurant here, and I look forward to surprising our guests time and time again,” says Justin.
Indy Chiron Akkermans, the hostess of the duo, has gained extensive experience at top restaurants such as HMB, Amarone*, Fred**, and FG**, and will elevate the hospitality at Aan de Zweth to the next level. “We’re excited about the extras this location offers, such as the lounge, the private dining room, and the terrace by the water,” says Indy. “We want to bring our own touch to the restaurant, but for regular guests, not much will change.”
The couple is determined to continue the legacy of Aan de Zweth, which has been a culinary institution for over 35 years, as a place where guests can enjoy refined cuisine and top-tier service. With a young and driven team, they aim to let the restaurant flourish even further.

Personeel is top. Aandacht voor de klanten. Prachtig servies en bestek. Eten van een andere orde. Creatief en smaakvol. Alcoholvrij arrangement is top; creatief en smaakvol. Auto goed te parkeren. Bij binnenkomst een ontvangstcomité van drie personen. Prachtig toilet.

De gerechten waren stuk voor stuk heerlijk, verfijnd van smaak en prachtig gepresenteerd. De service was uitstekend, vriendelijk, professioneel en met oog voor detail. Ook de sfeer en inrichting van het restaurant waren schitterend; stijlvol en toch warm, precies wat je wilt voor een bijzondere avond uit.
Kortom: een avond vol smaak, klasse en gezelligheid die we niet snel zullen vergeten. Een absolute aanrader voor wie echt culinair wil genieten aan de Zweth.
