At this beautiful restaurant of the Hilton Hotel The Hague, chef Luis Rojas takes you on his journey into the culinary world of Peru and Japan. This is also known as "Nikkei cuisine". Nikkei is not just Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine, but a distinct cultural cuisine developed and perfected over generations. Ik had het “Nikkei special”. De eten is lekker maar de presentatie is over de top. Ik denk dat er te veel eten is, vooral de desserts.
Al een aantal keer geweest en iedere keer weer geweldig eten en fijne bediening. BlueBlood stelt nooit teleur. Nieuwe menu is ook weer top. We komen zeker weer terug.

Ik was heel benieuwd hoe de Peruviaanse keuken zou smaken, en hoe het zou mixen met de Japanse, maar dat was fantastisch. Hoe alles geserveerd werd was niet alleen prachtig, maar hield de koude gerechten nog eens langer koud. De bediening was top. Al om al een heerlijke avond en ik kom zeker nog eens terug.
