In één woord: VOORTREFFELIJK!
We heerlijk gegeten in een ontspannen sfeer. Rustig en een goede bediening. De smaakverrassingen met het daar bijbehorende wijn-arengentment waren perfect. Het geheel was voor ons in een uitstekende balans.
Prima ontvangst in het Ambachtshuis. Leek heel rustig, maar dat werd later anders. Fantasievolle en smakelijke gerechten, sommige leken net een schilderijtje ( de dorade) De amuse zag erook mooi uit. Er werd goed rekening gehouden met ons koolhydraatarme voedingspatroon.
We hadden een gezellige avond. Een mooie aanwinst voor Rotterdam!
