Goed eten op een mooie plek! Leuk zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

A charming dining room with a welcome open fire on the rainy evening that we ate there. Tables with plenty of space around them, nicely set with linen and glass.
Our dining experience started with an amuse containing dutch shrimps in a tomato and basil soup and a leek pannecotta also with shrimps. My partner was not too enthousiastic about the soup, but I thought they were both delicious.
The salmon tartare starter with soft shelled crab, combined with cucumber and seaweed got top marks from both of us. We ordered an extra course of duck breast, which was cooked to perfection. Our main course of steak was a little disappointing - it had a good flavour, but probably because it was rump was not really tender. Our meal was rounded off with a delightful 'tasting' dessert that was full intriguing flavours. Some excellent house wine served by friendly and professional staff completed our meal. Well worth a visit.
