Description
"Senses" is a gourmet restaurant in the centre of Amsterdam, where chef Renaud Goigoux, sous chef João Marques create their inspiration and creativity in a chef's menu inspired by Japanese cuisine, Dutch seasonal produce with a French flair. Here, vegetables play the starring role in the menu alongside seafood. The team aims to reduce their carbon footprint by having products delivered by bicycle, reducing food waste and plastic use, recycling, working with sustainable products and focusing on more plant-based options. Let your senses be stimulated and go for the unexpected. Choose from the weekly changing 2- to 7-course lunch and 3- to 7-course dinner tasting menu. Or choose from their à la carte options. Be guided by the five senses and go on a journey of discovery. Chef Renaud Goigoux and his team look forward to providing you with a tingling and eye-opening culinary experience! Helaas werd er door niemand Nederlands gesproken, voordat we gingen zitten vroegen ze al plat of bruisend water en na de 3e gang vroeg ik wanneer er een gang met vlees kwam maar ze zijn een restaurant zonder vlees of gevogelte alleen groente en vis, dit staat nergens vermeld, we hadden dit restaurant nooit geboekt a...

Zonder te vragen werd er een karaf met kraanwater opnieuw gevuld en op de rekening stond daar € 11,- ( 2 x kraanwater)
