At this beautiful restaurant of the Hilton Hotel The Hague, chef Luis Rojas takes you on his journey into the culinary world of Peru and Japan. This is also known as "Nikkei cuisine". Gisteravond lekker gegeten bij BlueBlood. Het Nikkei tasting diner bestond uit 14 verschillende dishes en was daarom meer dan genoeg voor 2 personen. Alleen jammer dat er weinig persoonlijke aandacht was en dat het personeel erg gehaast overkwam. De Nikkei keuken is een overheerlijke keuken en daar mag ook aan tafel wel iets meer aandacht aan gegeven worden.
Heerlijk eten en een super vriendelijke bediening. Het was afwisselend, erg smakelijk maar wel veel. Het enige minpuntje was dat de wijn een paar keer (veel) later kwam dan het eten maar ik kan Blue Blood zeker aanbevelen!
