Super mooi restaurant met een verrassend menu. Heerlijk gegeten, goede wijnen en leuke bediening!
Hoewel we erg uitkeken naar een avond bij Eden, voldeed de ervaring helaas niet aan de verwachtingen die je van een sterrenzaak mag hebben.
Hoewel de presentatie van de gerechten verfijnd was, vonden we de smaakcombinaties vaak onevenwichtig en weinig overtuigend. De technische uitvoering leek voorrang te krijgen o...
Hoewel we erg uitkeken naar een avond bij Eden, voldeed de ervaring helaas niet aan de verwachtingen die je van een sterrenzaak mag hebben.
Hoewel de presentatie van de gerechten verfijnd was, vonden we de smaakcombinaties vaak onevenwichtig en weinig overtuigend. De technische uitvoering leek voorrang te krijgen op de smaakbeleving, waardoor sommige gerechten ons niet wisten te raken.
Ook viel het op dat er tijdens het diner herhaaldelijk werd gestuurd op extra’s en supplementen, wat de beleving enigszins commercieel aanvoelde.
Voor ons bleef het qua beleving en smaak onder de sterwaardigheid.
