At this beautiful restaurant of the Hilton Hotel The Hague, chef Luis Rojas takes you on his journey into the culinary world of Peru and Japan. This is also known as "Nikkei cuisine". Nikkei is not just Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine, but a distinct cultural cuisine developed and perfected over generations. The restaurant and bar are more exciting and intriguing than in the past, generating more atmosphere and attraction for diners from outside. The revamp of the bar may be slightly more successful than the decor in the restaurant itself which still has a slight feel in the evening of a conversion from a hotel breakfast restaurant. The food was an exciting, unfamiliar mix which, in the main, worked and was certainly presented spectacularly.
