At this beautiful restaurant of the Hilton Hotel The Hague, chef Luis Rojas takes you on his journey into the culinary world of Peru and Japan. This is also known as "Nikkei cuisine". Nikkei is not just Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine, but a distinct cultural cuisine developed and perfected over generations. Het Nikei menu was van het begin tot het eind een heerlijke smaakbeleving.
Het is jammer genoeg geen aanbieding zoals hier staat. Het tasting menu kost ook op de menukaart €85 euro. Het eten is lekker maar niet geweldig! Ik heb genoten van een leuke avond maar kom niet perse terug.
