Excellent gegeten in een smaakvol ingericht restaurant. Uitstekende bediening in ongedwongen sfeer. We komen zeker terug.

The service was weird and confusing in the beginning, we were not brought a wine menu, we got straight away some food and then more food came while we still didnt touch the previous one, as we were waiting for the wine menu that we had to ask for. It was a bit of miscommunication between the waiters because we were being asked the same thing by different waiters. They were very kind though, so didn't mind it a lot, just that from a michelin star you expect them to be more organised. Towards the end a waitress opened a new bottle of still water and poured a little bit of it in our glasses even though we were done eating and without asking and then charged it of course on the bill. Now 5 eur is nothing when you compare it to the 300eur bill but still, it feels in poor taste to not even ask. The food was very tender and nicely cooked. It was not necessarily memorable flavour-wise, but it was definitely looking impeccable and the textures were perfect. Props to the chefs for that! The restaurant has a nice warm light and many mirrors. Kind of cozy enough imo. My gf found it a bit to look like a wedding venue with the white table cloths, but I think for NL it looks alright.
All in all, we had a nice time. Would I go again? Not really, the food did not have wow factor flavour-wise, enough to motivate the price, but because it was a special occasion for us, I cannot say that I regret going. It was a chill experience and the staff was kind.
