Located by the water on the Prinsengracht, you’ll find John Dory in a beautiful warehouse built in 1680.
They work with sustainably sourced fish, meat from local butchers, the crispiest bread from our Amsterdam baker, and the finest seasonal vegetables.

Continue smaak explosies, al je smaakpapillen die volledig benut worden. Liselotte de sommelier die alles prachtig uitlegt alsof ze een harp bespeeld hang je aan haar lippen en luistert naar hoe ze de gerechten en de bijpassende wijn uitlegt. Ik kan dit restaurant alleen maar aanbevelen zo goed vonden wij het. Gelijk bij de amuses dachten wij hier komen wij zeker terug!
Alle visgerechten waren heel lekker. Er worden veel natuurwijnen geschonken - niet slecht maar je moet hiervan houden.
