FYR – The Four Elements on Your Plate
At Czaar Peterstraat, FYR brings fire and passion together in a unique culinary experience. Chef Elian Muller, known from Vinkeles and Fosbury & Sons, incorporates the four elements – water, earth, air, and fire – into a refined menu. The restaurant’s centerpiece, a robust wood-fired oven, plays a key role in this concept.
The dishes reflect these elements: fresh fish (water), seasonal vegetables (earth), poultry (air), and the intense flavors from the wood oven (fire).
With its atmospheric interior, a relaxed terrace, and an upcoming wine bar featuring twenty exceptional wines, FYR offers an inviting space for fine dining enthusiasts. Together with chef Casper, Elian delivers a unique culinary experience.
FYR is open from Tuesday to Saturday, with lunch service available on Friday and Saturday.

Zeer aangename avond; goed eten en fijne bediening
Amazing service, setting, food, wine etc !! One of my favourite restaurants in Amsterdam. The portion sizes are great, good quality food, love the play with textures and love that they keep coming back with bread!
The food was excellent. No other words for it. Delicious dishes, great flavor and texture combinations. Service was brilliant. Definitely a place to go back to.
