Restaurant HAVN, nestled in the historic harbor of Hoorn, offers a refined culinary experience that celebrates the taste of simplicity. The dishes are inspired by the travels and vast experience of chef and owner Robin Blaauw. At HAVN, seasonal high-quality ingredients are combined with global culinary influences, from Mexico to Thailand, giving each dish a unique twist while remaining approachable.
The cozy atmosphere of HAVN, with its different corners and styles, keeps every visit surprising, just like the dishes themselves. In 2023, HAVN was awarded the Bib Gourmand by Michelin, a prestigious recognition for restaurants offering high-quality dishes at affordable prices. Robin Blaauw, nephew of renowned Michelin-star chef Ron Blaauw, transformed HAVN into a culinary haven for food lovers of all ages after taking over from Lucas Rive in 2021.

Lekker gegeten, het zijn kleine, bijzondere gerechtjes. Op zondagavond maar 6 tafeltjes bezet in zo'n grote zaak droeg niet bij aan de sfeer. Maar overall prima met heerlijke wijnen ook.

Wij komen regelmatig eten bij Havn een van onze favoriete restaurants. Deze keer was ook weer geweldig.
