We hebben ons laten verrassen door de10-gangen Rising Star Bites Proeverij, echt genoten van hele bijzondere en onverwachte combinaties. Okinomiyaki spruitje, zalm met truffel en honing, watermeloen met zeekraal... en zo 10 x 🥰 zeker een aanrader!!
Een heerlijke avond gehad; fijne keuken, gastvrije heer en vrouw die desgewenst en met veel kennis en liefde over de gerechten vertellen. Daarnaast goede wijnen en onze (gezelschap van 6) was meer dan geslaagd.

Uitdagende smaken je krijgt 10 bites in 7 gangen op gediend. 1 Brood met opgeklopte boter vooraf, vervolgens 2/3 een oester met scheermessen.
4/5 zalm TNT echt een smaak bom en de paling op toast niet normaal lekker.
6/7 baba ganoush en lobstertaco die was echt yammie. 8/9 eendenborst met kimchi, en steak teriyaki...
