We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door Niels. Dit is onze derde keer 3-gangen lunch via dining city. Alle gerechten waren zorgvuldig voorbereid en zeer lekker. We hebben ontzettend genoten van onze lunch bij Cafe Bloff.
Het chefs menu, maar ook de andere gerechten op de a a carte kaart, combineren een zekere simpelheid met luxe. Dat betekend wel dat het allemaal heel goed kaar gemaakt moet zijn om uitzonderlijk te worden.
Dat was het!
Zelden zon lekker gebakken zalmpje op. Frietjes precies zout genoeg, een amuse die echt amuseert.

Aangenaam gegeten. Het eten was goed bereid. Vond het niet verassend.
