Restaurant Carelshaven started out as a modest skipper's inn at the Twickel harbor company, and over the centuries it has grown into a renowned 4-star hotel and restaurant in Delden in the province of Overijssel.
The kitchen is contemporary but also serves traditional classic seasonal dishes that are of course also shown on the menu. The dishes are prepared with daily fresh ingredients. Restaurant Carelshaven is an attractive restaurant that also has a large terrace that can be used in warmer weather.

Iets na zessen gearriveerd en we waren de eersten. Beetje stroeve start, maar verder een gezellige avond. Vooral de hoofdmaaltijd was erg lekker(reerugfilet).
We waren zeer verrast! Elk gerecht was een smaakbeleving!
The food was delicious and looked amazing. However the atmosphere and the service were way below par…had to ask the waiter several times for new drinks. Furthermore no wine menu was offered. Due to the insufficient service we will not be coming back.
