Description
"Senses" is a gourmet restaurant in the centre of Amsterdam, where chef Renaud Goigoux, sous chef João Marques create their inspiration and creativity in a chef's menu inspired by Japanese cuisine, Dutch seasonal produce with a French flair. Here, vegetables play the starring role in the menu alongside seafood. The team aims to reduce their carbon footprint by having products delivered by bicycle, reducing food waste and plastic use, recycling, working with sustainable products and focusing on more plant-based options. Let your senses be stimulated and go for the unexpected. Choose from the weekly changing 2- to 7-course lunch and 3- to 7-course dinner tasting menu. Or choose from their à la carte options. Heerlijk gegeten. Wat een verrassend lekkere ervaring!
Samen met mijn beste vriendin hebben wij enorm genoten van de mooie, smaakvolle gerechten! De service was heel goed en de sfeer in het restaurant is warm, en mooi aangekleed. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen en ik kom hier zeker terug!
Dag waarop veel tegenzat en we niet op afgesproken tijd konden aankomen. Gebeld, geen probleem dat we later kwamen. Super vriendelijk welkom. Enthousiaste, hartelijke bediening. Heerlijke lunch. Verrassende smaakcombinaties. We hebben genoten!
