Erg bijzonder en lekker eten gemaakt van producten uit de directe omgeving en alles wordt ervan benut. Circulair genieten!
Lekker gegeten, prima vondsten. Tegelijk toch ook wel wat aandachtspunten: je komt lekker lunchen, en dan kom je in een grote zaal terecht, naast een deur waar een afgesloten bijeenkomst plaatsvindt. Naast je zit een meneer te werken op een laptop, dat is toch niet wat je verwacht als je culinair gaat eten. We miste...

Naast je zit een meneer te werken op een laptop, dat is toch niet wat je verwacht als je culinair gaat eten. We misten bijvoorbeeld ook amuses om in de sfeer te komen, of een heel eenvoudige fles water. Het werd niet eens gevraagd. Jammer, want met dat soort simpele dingetjes kom je toch meer in de sfeer.
Een proeverij in vier gangen met gerechten die je zelf niet verzint. De smaken zijn goed uitgedacht en je proeft vanalles. Zeer fijn gegeten, telkens goede uitleg gehad en we konden een prima ritme houden.
Alle lokale smaken kwamen samen op onze borden.
We komen zeker nog terug!
