Een positieve verrassing. Mooi ingericht gezellig restaurant(je). Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame bediening. Goede sfeer o.a. door een aparte keuze van de achtergrond muziek. Het eten was zeer goed, verrassende combinaties en precies voldoende voor een "lekker" vol gevoel. Zeker een adresje om nog een keer naar toe te gaan.

De eerste kennismaking met dit restaurant aan de buitenkant deed de wenkbrauwen licht fronsen, maar onmiddellijk na binnenkomst verdween die aarzeling door het prachtig strakke en ruime interieur en vooral door de hartelijke en warme ontvangst door de gastvrouw. Die hartelijkheid en professionele, maar heel persoonlijke bediening maakten alleen al de middag tot een topmiddag.
Deze ervaring werd geëvenaard door de ruimhartige amuses en de 3 prachtig opgemaakte gerechtjes : coquille, eendenborst en dessert. Dit hoge niveau werd ook waargemaakt door het smakenpalet, waarbij steeds zorgvuldig de balans werd bewaard tussen de warme Noordafrikaanse kruidigheid en frisse tegentonen bij andere elementen op het bordje.
Wij hebben reeds verschillende keren bij gerenommeerde sterrenrestaurants gedineerd. Ik durf de bewering aan dat deze lunch op hetzelfde hoge niveau stond, kortom sterwaardig en zeer aan te bevelen.
