Located by the water on the Prinsengracht, you’ll find John Dory in a beautiful warehouse built in 1680.
They work with sustainably sourced fish, meat from local butchers, the crispiest bread from our Amsterdam baker, and the finest seasonal vegetables.

We booked as part of reataurant week, and we were very pleasently surprised. The 6 course tasting menu was amazing, nice wine selection, very cozy atmosphere and amazing staff. One of my friends is veggie + pregnant and they accomodates her wonderfully. Will be back for sure!
