Located by the water on the Prinsengracht, you’ll find John Dory in a beautiful warehouse built in 1680.
They work with sustainably sourced fish, meat from local butchers, the crispiest bread from our Amsterdam baker, and the finest seasonal vegetables.

Besides 4 courses served, they also served complementary starters and desserts which also great!
We had the 5 courses menu, and the food was really outstanding. The service got a bit slow as soon as the room got more busy, but the waiters were so nice and the atmosphere also great, it didn't really matter. Would definitely go back.
Het was een voortreffelijk 5 gangen vis diner. Ieder gerecht was werkelijk uit de kunst. Vriendelijke mensen en vlotte bediening. Hier gaan we weer komen! Toch een kritische noot: de fles rode wijn was echt te koud toen die op tafel kwam. Dat moet volgende keer beter.
