As true nomads, NOMADS travels around the world in search of undiscovered flavors, exciting products and authentic food experiences. They travel to two different countries every year. They are inspired by this, follow cooking workshops and fill their backpacks with local products on the market.
For 6 to 9 months, NOMADS presents the best they have discovered during their journey. Every dish has its own story and its own origins and the staff is only too happy to share this with you. This way they take you on a journey and let you get acquainted with all the special things that their destinations have to offer.

Het eten zag er mooi uit en was echt heerlijk. Goede uitleg over de gerechten. Gerechten werden wel snel achter elkaar opgediend. Op een gegeven moment kregen we het gevoel dat het personeel naar huis wilde en voelde we ons een beetje opgejaagd.

In het 4-gangen menu waren er twee gangen die erg vochtig waren, waardoor veel saus in de diepe kommen achterbleef. Mijn advies is om er een lepel bij te geven, of een stuk brood bij te serveren om dit op te deppen, of die mogelijkheid te noemen. Nu kwam het inzicht van de overgebleven saus te laat en hebben we niet om lepels of een bijgerecht brood gevraagd. Achteraf is dat het enige waar we een beetje spijt van hebben. Wellicht een verbeterpunt?
