Reviews are very important for us as we truly care about the wellbeing of our guests when they are with us, the review being positive or slightly critical whatever, for us it is an important way to assess aspects of our service and where possible implement improvements.
We feel very disappointed that you have been negatively affected by the service experience, this has obviously been discussed with our front-of-house team. It is of course not done that your drinks order was delayed as well as the waiting time in between creations from our kitchen.
However, as a team we are pleased that you still recommend us considering that we did not manage to give a carefree experience, please accept our genuine apologies for the shortcomings in our service, as this truly does not reflect our real capabilities and mission.
