Wij hadden het restaurantweek 5 gangen menu. Het begon met 3 zeer smakelijke amuses en brood. Daarna 2 vis en 2 vleesgerechten en een dessert. Allen zeer mooi opgemaakt en vol van smaak. You enter into a big empty lobby of an office building and behind this empty reception area is the actual entrance to the restaurant. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice. Enough space to have a private discussion and nice lighting. Staff is attentive and friendly, explaining all the dishes.
We had the six course menu. The food looked nice, tasted oké only lagged a bit of refinement. The pork belly was by far the best dish. The main cours was a slice of pretty rare beef (a bit too rare for my taste and it was a bit chewy) with braised beef. This was close to being burnt but was still nice. I had a wine pairing. Most of the white wines were served just a couple of degrees to warm for my liking. I get it that the taste of the wine comes out a bit better when the wine is warmer but I love the feeling of a chilled white wine.
All in all nice atmosphere, great staff food a solid 7,5 and wines nice but not on the right temperature. At this price point for me there are a couple of other options that I would prefer.
