We had to wait more than 1,5 hour for our first course. We ordered the oysters before hand and were happy we did that otherwise we wouldn’t even had any food in the 1,5 hours. The raw oysters were luke warm, when it came to our table. We had the courses with the tea arrangement, but maybe I didn’t read it well enoug...

The raw oysters were luke warm, when it came to our table. We had the courses with the tea arrangement, but maybe I didn’t read it well enough but it ended up being 9 euro’s extra for every course for 2 people for the tea. Which feels kind of like a rip off, especially because we didn’t even get an explanation why the tea was paired with the food and only got to hear with the first course what the tea was but afterwards they didn’t even seem to bother to explain which tea they were serving. The food was ok, but nothing amazing.

The waiting time that you experienced was of course totally unacceptable as is the fact that you did not get any explanation with regards to the tea pairing. Since we have organized refresher training!
We are taking your comment on board regarding the clarity of the tea pairing price of 4.50€ per person when we will print new menu’s.
