Description
Restaurant Ratatouille Food & Wine is situated on the spaarne in Haarlem at a beautiful location. The restaurant is located in a building full of character and attractively decorated. The restaurant is characterised by its accessible environment and the excellent price-quality ratio and is just like ratatouille a mix of French cuisine.
Michelin called Restaurant Ratatouille Food & Wine an example for the new generation of chefs and restaurant at the award ceremony of their first star: less expensive, less rigid, and more accessible. All the dishes are prepared to perfection with surprising taste palettes.
Chef Joshua Jaring likes to surprise you with colours and shapes and pays a lot of attention to the preparation of the plates. This time and again creates curiosity and a wow effect for the guest, making classic flavours very interesting! Jozue combines home-grown products with international flavours.
There is also a choice of more than 460 sublime wines from the enormously extensive wine list. Come and enjoy a delicious lunch or an amazing dinner and be taken into the culinary world of the chef.

We zijn op de eerste dag van de restaurantweek met 4 personen gaan eten. Ondanks dat het druk was en we niet direct om half 9 aan tafel konden hebben we een heerlijke avond gehad. Het personeel bood een drankje van de zaak aan en we hebben vervolgens zo lekker gegeten dat als we in de buurt zouden wonen zeker terug zouden gaan. Echt een aanrader dus!
Vrijdagavond heerlijk gegeten tijdens de restaurantweek. We werden hartelijk ontvangen. Het restaurant is gezellig ingericht en voelt huiselijk aan vanwege de compacte setting. Bij het voorgerecht miste ik een snufje peper of gember, dat was na de amuse iets vlakker van smaak, al vond ik het geheel subtiel. De wijnen pasten uitstekend bij het geh...

De wijnen pasten uitstekend bij het geheel; de service was vriendelijk, maar kan iets professioneler ( geen " entreco", maar " entrecote, uitgesproken als " entrekot" ) draagt ertoe bij. Al met al zeker een flinke aanrader! ik ga er zeker weer eten.
