Description
Restaurant Ratatouille Food & Wine is situated on the spaarne in Haarlem at a beautiful location. The restaurant is located in a building full of character and attractively decorated. The restaurant is characterised by its accessible environment and the excellent price-quality ratio and is just like ratatouille a mix of French cuisine.
Michelin called Restaurant Ratatouille Food & Wine an example for the new generation of chefs and restaurant at the award ceremony of their first star: less expensive, less rigid, and more accessible. All the dishes are prepared to perfection with surprising taste palettes.
Chef Joshua Jaring likes to surprise you with colours and shapes and pays a lot of attention to the preparation of the plates. This time and again creates curiosity and a wow effect for the guest, making classic flavours very interesting! Jozue combines home-grown products with international flavours.

heerlijk gegeten in Ratatouille. met name de signature dish gepresenteerd door de chef zelf en de presentatie van het kaas-dessert waren fantastisch.
De bediening was jong maar uiters professioneel. Bij de uitleg van de wijnen was het duidelijk dat hier een sommelier werkt die zijn vakk uitmuntend verstaat.
hebbenop 20 maart hier gegeten geweldig alles klopte een groot kompliment aan de dame die ons de hele avond bediende wat een uitleg over eten enwijn geweldig. iedereen was super zeker terug ook een compliment aan de keuken top
Op 11 maart hebben we met 6 personen geluncht en dat was een heel geslaagd avontuur. We hebben het drie-gangen lunchmenu uitgebreid met een tussengerecht. Eten, sfeer en bediening waren waren weer top. ( het tussengerecht viel een beetje tegen!)De wijnen van het wijnarrangement combineerden goed met het gerecht.
