Lokale vissen zoals beekprik die ik nog nooit had gehad. Veel contrasten met zoet en zuur en een stevige toets umami. De kaaskar was een mooie beleving met Maitre Pieter die sinds kort eigenaar is van Joelia. Ik had zelf geen wijn maar mijn tafelgenoot genoot van de pairings. Wat een energie en drive. Ik kan Joelie echt van harte aanbevelen.
What an amazing experience from the moment you enter the door until you leave. The food was a gastronomic delight. Each course was beautifully presented and delicious. The service was exceptional, friendly and informative. Everybody made you feel like you are part of the family. Highly recommended!
