Chique restaurant bij binnenkomst. Goede service en prima begeleiding naar een mooie ronde tafel. Mooie gerechten met bijpassende wijnen. Wijnen en gerechten mooi in balans, op 1 na niet, maar ik ben ook kritisch. Leuk personeel. Ik kan er geen foto's bij doen, anders had het gedaan. Restaurant is absoluut ster waardig. We hebben heerlijk en lang gegeten, dank Mario. We komen zeker terug.
Dit was goed. Heerlijke gerechten, uitstekende wijnen, zeer vriendelijke service en een gemoedelijke sfeer. Ieder gerecht in prachtig evenwicht van smaken, texturen en uiterlijk. Read full reviewDit was goed. Heerlijke gerechten, uitstekende wijnen, zeer vriendelijke service en een gemoedelijke sfeer. Ieder gerecht in prachtig evenwicht van smaken, texturen en uiterlijk. De amuses, soesjes een grappig begin op de zwaan geserveerd, toen een fantastisch diep bord met rode bieten ijs verstopt onder een aardappelfoam en ganzenlever: zooooo lekker! Daarna stukje vis met buikspek met haring olijfolie en druppels pittige gember, toen runderwang die smolt op de tong. Alle gerechten uitgebalanceerd en prachtig aangevuld door wijnen uit alle hoeken van de aardbol. De kaas..... vergeleken bij de prachtig uitgebalanceerde gerechten....... boem knal heftig! Ik ben dol op sterke smaken maar dit was zelfs mij te heftig.
Maar dat was dan ook het enige...... dat beter zou kunnen. Verder was het perfect.
Prima avond; ontspannen, relaxte sfeer. Veel persoonlijke aandacht. En bovenal heerlijk eten!
