Mijn vriendin en ik hebben ontzettend genoten van de heerlijke gerechtjes die we voorgeschoteld kregen. Ultieme smaakbeleving. In het begin tussen neus en lippen door benoemd dat ze jarig was. Aan het eind kreeg ze als verassing een extra dessert. Heel attent en precies wat een restaurant van een ander onderscheid. We hebben genoten en komen zeker nog een keer terug.
Gisteren heerlijk gegeten bij Joelia. We hadden het 5 gangendiner, waaraan nog kleine hapjes (Amuses) waren toegevoegd. Alle gerechten waren heerlijk, mooie verschillende en gebalanceerde smaken, goede kwaliteit en luxe producten. (Oester, Langoustine, (gekweekte) blauwvin tonijn, Beekridder, Wagyu beef en een zeer ...

Alle gerechten waren heerlijk, mooie verschillende en gebalanceerde smaken, goede kwaliteit en luxe producten. (Oester, Langoustine, (gekweekte) blauwvin tonijn, Beekridder, Wagyu beef en een zeer verrassend dessert. De sfeer is fijn, niet te formeel maar zeker ook niet te joviaal. Gerechten en wijnen zijn redelijk aan de prijs, maar dat is ook logisch gezien de luxe producten die op de menu kaart staan en de speciale bereidingen. Echt een avondje uit.
