Alle vier waren we al bekend met Bridges, maar ditmaal konden we lunchen in de tuin: wat een rust, prachtige planten, een beeldhouwwerk van een zwemmende vrouw, een unieke ambiance.
We hadden een zeer goede start, met Collet Champagne uit Epernay, by far de beste champagne die we dit jaar gedronken hebben. Daarna een 3-tal "mondwatertjes of amuses", waaronder superverse forel. Voorgerecht was vis, hashimi, een ware delicatesse (zie foto), hoofdgerecht was op ons verzoek ook vis, en daarna een zoet dessert (zie foto 2), om van te watertanden.
Eea afgesloten met een frisse wijn, en vanwege de goede smaak nog maar een glas.
Jaja, Bridges is een restaurant waarbij een Michelinster goed bij zou passen, en het gebouw (Grant Hotel, voorheen gemeentehuis Amsterdam) en de sfeer zijn "Holland op zijn best"", oftewel hebben echt internationale allure.
Een warm ontvangst! Smakelijke en kleurrijke gerechten geserveerd in een sfeervolle en aangename binnentuin ! En zeer vriendelijk en bekwaam personeel. Het was echt fantastisch!

Fantastisch gegeten in de prachtige binnentuin. , heerlijke gerechten, prachtig opgemaakte borden, gul, gastvrij, en een geweldige sfeer en bediening.
