Het eten was (wederom) voortreffelijk en de bediening uiterst vriendelijk en niet te formeel of te joviaal. Mooie gerechtjes met een goede verhouding groenten en dierlijke eiwitten, de laatste dus in bescheiden porties.
Ondanks de drukte (laatste dag van de restaurantweken) was de bediening heel vriendelijk, professioneel en persoonlijk aanwezig zonder opdringerig te zijn, en het eten heerlijk. Verrassende smaken; soms uitgesproken, maar altijd zacht en vol. Datzelfde geldt voor de begeleidende wijnen.
De (sfeer van) de inrichting...

De (sfeer van) de inrichting spreekt me niet zo aan. Beetje koel en trendy Zen. Het leidt niet af van het eten, maar voegt ook niets toe.
Heerlijk avondje uit gehad met prima gastheren/gastvrouwen.
Spijs en drank waren fantastisch bij elkaar gebracht.
Al met een heerlijk avondje verwennerij.
Voor herhaling vatbaar.
