At the urban restaurant Calla's *, great value is placed on regional products. Many of the fresh vegetables and herbs come from the own vegetable garden 'Laantje Voorham'. The vegetable garden is hidden in the greenery of Wassenaar and has a special cultivation plan to provide the various crops for the kitchen of Callas * during the different seasons.

Lunch genomen tijdens de diningwiththestars week. Was echt heerlijk genieten! Lange tijd geleden dat ik bij elke gang weer culinair werd verrast.
Fazant met eendenlever als hoofdgerecht was verukkelijk. Evenals het toetje, in rum gegaarde banaan met kokusijs.
Zeker snel weer terug.

De bediening was zeer deskundig en behulpzaam. Een puntje verdient aandacht en dat is de wijn. Wij hebben genoten van de witte huiswijn, maar wij hadden verwacht dat de sommelier ons een wijnarrange...

Wij hebben genoten van de witte huiswijn, maar wij hadden verwacht dat de sommelier ons een wijnarrangementje aan zou bieden. Ook het aperatief werd niet genoemd, waardoor wij voor de veilige huiswijn hebben gekozen.
Ga zo verder. Wij komen zeker terug.
