It is clear that the chef paid attention to all the senses, taste, presentation, it all is quite perfect. The timing between courses was managed very well. If I have one suggestion it would be that the price for wine by the glass could be reviewed, or to have one option in that direction. But apart from that, Calla’s more than lives up to its Michelin star. We had a wonderful lunch!
