Gastvrouw en personeel zijn zeer vriendelijk en de professionaliteit is dik in orde. Kortom we hebben in alle rust genoten van deze mooie avond.
Erg bijzonder en lekker gegeten. Zoals in Zeeland verwacht een menu van vis, schaal- en schelpdieren
Jammer dat de gelei in 3 gerechtjes terugkwam. Dit maakte dat de amuse en de 2 voorgerechtjes erg op elkaar leken. Verder eigenlijk niets te klagen. Het was gewoon goed.

Lekker gegeten. 1 persoon geen vis. Keurig aangepast. Opvallend was dat het wijnarrangement hier niet op aangepast was. Bediening was vriendelijk en zowel de sommelier als de gastvrouw namen de tijd voor uitleg. Van opdringerigheid zoals in een andere recentie is neergelegd was dan ook absoluut geen sprake. Correct, zoals het hoort.
Het langzaam gegaarde eitje met bloemkoolroosjes en basilicumcreme was onze favoriet, ook scoorde de mousse van pekingeend met popcorn hoge cijfers. Persoonlijk vonden we de Russische borsjtsj minder smaken.
