In één woord fantastisch. Alles klopt. Service, timing, wijn en natuurlijk de gerechgten.
Vrijdag 20-6 met mijn man gegeten bij Inter Scaldes, het was fantastisch! Alles klopte, van de ontvangst (buiten op de parkeerplaats) tot het einde. Heerlijke gerechten ( ware kunstwerkjes, mooie smaak explosies) prachtige wijnen, professioneel en bijzonder aardig personeel. Klap op de vuurpijl was toch wel het fei...

Heerlijke gerechten ( ware kunstwerkjes, mooie smaak explosies) prachtige wijnen, professioneel en bijzonder aardig personeel. Klap op de vuurpijl was toch wel het feit dat Jeroen Achttien zelf de vierde amuse voor ons klaarmaakte in de keuken en er daardoor ruimte was voor een heel leuk, ongedwongen gesprekje.
We hebben de laatste jaren in meerder sterren restaurants gegeten, maar Inter Scaldes staat voor ons op nr 1!

Het eten en de service waren zeer zeer goed.
