Gisteren tijdens de restaurantweek gegeten Bij Erik en genoten.
We kozen voor een creatieve en verrassende mini-coctail vooraf.
De op vis-gebaseerde starter was wederom een nog niet eerder gezien kunstwerkje.
We zouden het liefst de stijlvolle kom met pompoensoep (besteld als extra gang) hebben uitgelikt - wat wa...
Gisteren tijdens de restaurantweek gegeten Bij Erik en genoten.
We kozen voor een creatieve en verrassende mini-coctail vooraf.
De op vis-gebaseerde starter was wederom een nog niet eerder gezien kunstwerkje.
We zouden het liefst de stijlvolle kom met pompoensoep (besteld als extra gang) hebben uitgelikt - wat was die lekker en leuk geserveerd!
Daarna supermalse reepjes biefstuk. Perfect.
Het nagerecht was gebaseerd op verschillende soorten chocola en was wederom genieten, en de rode desertwijn rondde de verfijnde chocoladesmaken helemaal perfect af.
We besloten om nog rustig na te genieten met een espesso en groene kruidenthee met 2 kleine friandises.
Gedurende dit feestje was de sfeer gemoedelijk en de bediening professioneel.
Wat ons betreft is Bij Erik heel goed bezig en een ster waardig; een verrijking voor de mooie locatie aan het sluisje van Leidschendam!
