Het was aangenaam en zonnig op het terras. De chef had alles wat erg veel is keurig geregeld. Alleen zou ik geen pladijs serveren, want dat is een wat flauwe vis die niet echt stevig is. Het centrum van Leidschendam is overigens een chaos dus kost het wel even doorzetten om dit allemaal te beleven.
Redelijk spontaan besloten te gaan eten bij Erik, dit met drie vriendenstellen.
Als welkom werkelijk verrukkelijke amuzes waarin de hand van een topkok blijkt. Het verrassingsmenu van vier gangen, steeds uiterst origineel opgediend, bleek de smaakpapillen goed te raken. We hadden een heerlijke avond in alle opzichten.
Ik ben enthousiast. We wilden hier al een hele tijd gaan eten. Het was uitstekend drie-gangen menu met een lekker voorgerecht Het hoofdgerecht was lam met asperges. Als na gerecht had mijn partner ijs met een peer en ik had een kaasplankje. Een schot in de roos. we komen terug
