Het eten was echt heerlijk. Het was ook heerlijk op smaak. Het was ook mooi geserveerd. Het oog wilt ook wat zeggen ze. Het is zeker een aanrader naar andere om hier te eten. Voor ons was het de 1e keer bij jullie en we vonden het zeker voor herhalings vatbaar.
Leuke locatie in een schattig dorpje. lekker, maar gewoon eten. leuke bediening.
Ten eerste: mijn reservering via DiningCity/actie GallenGall was onbekend, hoewel ik wel een mailbevestiging had en die ook toonde. Vrienden van ons belden de avond ervoor om aan te sluiten, wij onbekend dus, hebben toen tafel voor vier gereserveerd. Ten tweede: ook de actie 'Restaurantweek' (korting per couvert) lo...

Vrienden van ons belden de avond ervoor om aan te sluiten, wij onbekend dus, hebben toen tafel voor vier gereserveerd. Ten tweede: ook de actie 'Restaurantweek' (korting per couvert) loopt en daar doet deze zaak aan mee; toen ik dat opmerkte gaf men geen sjoeger, althans dan "hadden we op die manier moeten reserveren". Als we flauw hadden gedaan, hadden we dat alsnog online kunnen doen ter plekke, want er was plaats genoeg. Men kwam niet op het idee ons in ieder geval 'iets' aan te bieden. Ten derde: het gerecht "kalfsoester en kalfswang", toch niet goedkoop met €32, werd zonder nadere uitleg opgediend als kalfsoester met kalfslever. Toen we daar wat van zeiden, kwam de verontschuldiging dat de wang op was en de kaart morgen wordt gewisseld. Er werd wel een korting van 7,50 op gegeven. Ten vierde: geen van de gerechten was op en top heet, het was eetbaar warm. Ten vijfde: het dessert Dame blanche verkeerd was dan weer een overdaad, veel te groot.
Kortom, een tegenvaller dit bezoek. Terwijl we er vorig jaar verbleven in het hotel en toen ook wel goed hebben gegeten op deze wel sfeervolle locatie. Hopelijk volgende keer beter.
