Description
FYR – The Four Elements on Your Plate
At Czaar Peterstraat, FYR brings fire and passion together in a unique culinary experience. Chef Elian Muller, known from Vinkeles and Fosbury & Sons, incorporates the four elements – water, earth, air, and fire – into a refined menu. The restaurant’s centerpiece, a robust wood-fired oven, plays a key role in this concept.
The dishes reflect these elements: fresh fish (water), seasonal vegetables (earth), poultry (air), and the intense flavors from the wood oven (fire).
With its atmospheric interior, a relaxed terrace, and an upcoming wine bar featuring twenty exceptional wines, FYR offers an inviting space for fine dining enthusiasts. Together with chef Casper, Elian delivers a unique culinary experience.
FYR is open from Tuesday to Saturday, with lunch service available on Friday and Saturday.

Ingrediënten van eigen bodem en zee. Bijzonder concept binnen de fyr pijlers.
Heerlijk gegeten, mooie en creatieve gerechten, zowel klassiek als vegetarisch menu beschikbaar, heel vriendelijk personeel.
We had a lovely evening. It's wonderful how they have the dining for 2 menu set up. It's very clear what is included, but you can add on courses if you like. We also felt really well look after and the staff were wonderful. The food was amongst the best I've had in a while so all delightful really!
