FYR – The Four Elements on Your Plate
At Czaar Peterstraat, FYR brings fire and passion together in a unique culinary experience. Chef Elian Muller, known from Vinkeles and Fosbury & Sons, incorporates the four elements – water, earth, air, and fire – into a refined menu. The restaurant’s centerpiece, a robust wood-fired oven, plays a key role in this concept.
The dishes reflect these elements: fresh fish (water), seasonal vegetables (earth), poultry (air), and the intense flavors from the wood oven (fire).
With its atmospheric interior, a relaxed terrace, and an upcoming wine bar featuring twenty exceptional wines, FYR offers an inviting space for fine dining enthusiasts. Together with chef Casper, Elian delivers a unique culinary experience.
FYR is open from Tuesday to Saturday, with lunch service available on Friday and Saturday.

We hebben heerlijk gegeten bij dit mooie nieuwe restaurant. We zijn altijd op zoek naar goed vegetarisch eten. Bij Fyr maken ze prachtige en lekkere gerechtjes! Ook de bediening was heel attent en enthousiast. We voelden ons echt welkom!
