Description
“In de Achtertuin” — which translates to “In the Backyard” — is no coincidence. We’re located at the rear of this beautiful 19th-century townhouse, quite literally in its backyard. Even inside, it feels as though you’re outdoors, thanks to the natural light and the lush greenery of our plants.
We embody the spirit of authentic Brabant hospitality: warm, welcoming, and with genuine personal attention. It’s sometimes hard to describe, but easy to feel. This relaxed and friendly atmosphere, paired with our fine dining dishes served without pretension, creates a unique and flavorful experience with every visit.
In the evening, we offer a refined 3- or 6-course culinary menu, with a strong focus on local and sustainable regional products. We value craftsmanship — everything we serve is homemade, from our broths to our bread, from the amuse-bouche to the petits fours with coffee.
