5 amuses , blijer kan je mij niet maken. 5 overheerlijke visitekaartjes. En ja dan de 4 gangen lunch, geen woorden voor, dat krijg je thuis onmogelijk voor elkaar.
Sukerieje is gevestigd in de gewelven/kelder van een pand uit ongeveer 1600 en smaakvol ingericht. Ik heb 22 zitplekken geteld, zodat de koks echt aandacht kunnen besteden aan het eten, dus geen massa productie.
Uit alles proef je dat het team enthousiast is en heel graag een mooie belevenis levert.
En dan bij afscheid nog een lieve kaart met een bedankje en een bonbon/koekje erbij. Eerlijk gezegd heb ik dat niet eerder ervaren.
Een heerlijk avondje! Zeer goede smaak-combinaties in een mooie opbouw. Het wijnarrangement sluit goed aan en was verrassend.
