Taste the unique flavors created in the wood-fired oven, which gives a special character to the cuisine. Moose works with a seasonal menu, which means that every 2 or 3 months there is a new complete menu.
Moose also has a unique selection of wines, with an emphasis on Eastern European wines.

Ook het brood verdient een compliment: echt heerlijk en een fijne start van de avond.
Toch viel het culinaire gedeelte wat tegen. Hoewel de borden er prachtig uitzien, kloppen de smaakcombinaties niet goed. Sommige ingrediënten lijken niet goed op elkaar afgestemd. Zo werden er bijvoorbeeld witte bonen bij de vis geserveerd, wat qua smaak en textuur niet echt een geslaagde combinatie was. Het ziet er fraai uit, maar de smaak blijft achter bij de verwachtingen die de presentatie oproept.
Daarnaast is de akoestiek helaas niet ideaal. Het kan behoorlijk rumoerig worden, wat het lastig maakt om elkaar goed te verstaan.
Al met al: een leuke plek met vriendelijke bediening en veel aandacht voor presentatie, maar op smaakgebied is er nog winst te behalen.

The food was prepared by a craftsman. Nice flavor, texture combination with pure and tasty ingredients. We loved it.
