We hadden een lunch geboekt ter ere van een verjaardag. Dit wisten ze maar er werd geen aandacht aan besteed. Het eten was OK, maar absoluut niet Michelin waardig. Niet spannend, prikkelend of bijzonder. Zeer teleurstellend als je gaat voor het "extratje". De service sloeg alles. Letterlijk, de ober sloeg een wijnglas kapot op onze tafel en serveerde al bloedend de gerechten door. Geen excuses, geen gene en zeer onsmakelijk. De wijnkaart werd niet besproken, noch werd je geholpen in keuzes die passen bij de gerechten. De gerechten werden op tafel geplaatst met zeer minimale uitleg, witte wijn werd met de fles op tafel geplaatst - zonder dat deze gekoeld bleef, maat wel 80+ euro voor een te warme fles wijn betalen (?). Ik snap de hype echt totaal niet en zou niemand aanraden hier zoveel geld voor neer te leggen.
De bediening voegde niet echt wat toe, wat je wel verwacht bij een restaurant met een ster. Het eten was prima maar niet bijzonder lekker. Daarnaast betaalde we zo’n 20 euro voor twee flessen water. Al met al viel het allemaal een beetje tegen. Erg jammer…
