Description
Nino Willems is a young enthusiastic chef with a wealth of experience in top restaurants. He worked at Beluga (**) in Maastricht, then went to De Kromme Watergang (**) in Breskens, which after a few years he exchanged for De Librije (***) in Zwolle. After seven fantastic learning years, it is time for the next career move: his own business.
This he does together with Aysen Bilal, who worked as a hostess at De Librije and Poppe.

Heerlijk gegeten , vriendelijke bediening met kennis van zaken. Echt een aanrader dus!
Erg fijne ervaring, fantastische smaken en gezellig tafelen.
De goede visrestaurants zijn in Nederland dun bezaaid, maar dit is een topper. Het eten is verfijnd, mooi in balans en er wordt gewerkt met lokale producten waaronder ook groenten uit eigen moestuin. Ook de bediening is top. Wij komen snel terug.
