Description
Nino Willems is a young enthusiastic chef with a wealth of experience in top restaurants. He worked at Beluga (**) in Maastricht, then went to De Kromme Watergang (**) in Breskens, which after a few years he exchanged for De Librije (***) in Zwolle. After seven fantastic learning years, it is time for the next career move: his own business.
This he does together with Aysen Bilal, who worked as a hostess at De Librije and Poppe.

Genoten van het 4 gangen lunchmenu. Vooraf nog als extra een oester proeverij besteld. Overall lekker maar niet verrassend. De entourage zoals amuses, bonbons bij koffie/thee etc. was minimaal. Kleine zaak met leuk uitzicht op de markt en de kerk.
Vanaf de hartelijke binnenkomst, een verrassende eerste amuse, de oesters en een heerlijk menu met verschillende vissen tot aan een smakelijk dessert een uitstekende culinaire avond gehad met mijn vriendinnen. Daar zouden meer mensen van moeten gaan genieten! Een aanwinst voor Zwolle.
Wat een geweldig restaurant! Alles was goed! De ontvangst, de bediening, de uitleg, het tempo (we moesten de trein terug halen) en....de 2 verrukkelijke amuses en 4 visgerechten. Aanrader!
