The former Broederenklooster is one of Zutphen's most ancient and beautiful buildings, a place where you can dream away in its rich history dating back to the year 1200. Now 800 years later, the Boutique Hotel and Restaurant Broederenklooster is located in the striking building. Enjoy a peaceful stay in one of the 15 guest rooms, located in the former 13th-century dormitory, where contemporary comfort merges with historical charm. Be enchanted by the beauty of Zutphen as you look around. With a French-Classical oriented base, your taste buds will be pampered with exciting dishes by chef Niels who can prepare entire palettes of flavours for his guests. Highly recommended is the sophisticated wine list and delicious home-brewed beers!

We hebben genoten van een heerlijk 4 gangen diner en de extra amuses waaronder een dessertamuse met kaviaar(meerprijs).
Enig minpunt is de prijs van de wijn en het water. €11 voor een glas alcholvrije wijn, die €13 per fles kost, vinden wij te gortig en €6 pp voor een waterarrangement, had wel de prijs inbegrepen...

Wel erg attent dat mijn vrouw een verjaardagstaartje kreeg bij de koffie.
